LEPORE, Edward P. Edward P. Lepore, 46, of Ivoryton, passed away on Wednesday (October 20, 2010). He was the loving husband of Cathi (Cocores) Lepore. Ed was born in Hartford on February 29, 1964. He attended Farmington High School and graduated from UCONN with a degree in accounting. Over the years Ed worked as a Controller for various companies, most recently with his dad, John Lepore. Ed had several passions, including his love of his children, drumming and running. As a drummer, Ed played with several bands, including "Blues on the Rocks." Ed was an avid runner, frequently seen passing through the streets of Ivoryton. Ed's greatest passion was his family. He was very proud of his three children. Ed cheered as they ran on soccer fields, scored a run in baseball, or danced in a recital. He was especially proud of their accomplishments in school and with their friends. In addition to his wife Cathi, he leaves his adoring children: Nicholas, Alex and Sage. Also his parents, John and Carol, sisters Sherri Turner, Lynn Lepore, Anastasia Lepore, and brother Tony Lepore and his niece and nephews. A generous and kindhearted soul will be missed.
